A beautiful antique ring modelled in 15ct gold and fully hallmarked for Birmingham 1913. This unique piece features a large purplish-red garnet set in a heavy signet style mount. The garnet has some surface abrasions and scratches but is in lovely antique condition overall. Surrounding the richly coloured stone is 6g of gold, carefully crafted to hold the centre stone in place and detailed with intricate hand engraving. Sadly some of the engraving has worn with time but you can still see the beautiful swirled patterns that were so carefully applied by hand all those decades ago.
Please note that due to the location of the hallmarks any sizing may result in their partial loss.
