A beautiful dainty sapphire and diamond ring in true deco style. The centre of the ring holds a vibrant synthetic blue sapphire in a fabulous baguette cut. Set into a fine bezel the sapphire is accented by tapered diamond set shoulders and two sparkling bezel cut diamonds at north and south for a truly unique design that has stood the test of time.

To the inside of the shank we get a glimpse into this gorgeous ring’s history with a sentimental inscription hand etched into the metal. The inscription reads “E. Mc. G ~ J. R. 31.12.41”. Possibly the date of the engagement of E to J or perhaps their wedding day, there is no doubt that this was a very special piece to the couple. It has been well cared for and is offered in excellent condition, waiting for the next caretakers of its love story.

Most of our rings can be resized, but if they can’t we will stipulate this in the description.
