We are forever on the hunt for good quality snake rings, and we really hit the jackpot with this late 1800s example. Modelled in 15ct gold the shank of the ring forms the shape of a snake’s body, intricately wrapped around your finger. The head of the snake is set with two ruby eyes and graduating old mined cut diamonds, estimated at half a carat total in weight. The diamonds are slightly lower quality with natural internal inclusions and one surface reaching inclusion to note, but full of life and fire. A true collectors piece.
