A classic Edwardian boat ring in solid 18ct gold. The head of the ring sits comfortably across the finger and set with a natural ruby to the centre, accented by old cut diamonds either side. The antique stones are in good overall condition with light surface wear and only one chip to the smallest of diamonds to note with magnification.
Whilst the gemstones are undoubtably the stars of the show, we really fell in love with the side profile of the ring, which has been intricately hand engraved to give a really whimsical design feature to the ring, quintessential of the ‘pretty’ Edwardian era.
