A beautiful art deco ring in 18ct yellow and white gold. The centre of the ring holds a glowing baguette cut emerald of approximately 0.70ct. The natural emerald is truly captivating with a vibrant green body colour and a translucent glow from within the stone that one only sees in collectors’ pieces. Noted as a brittle stone is it lovely to see very minimal wear or damage to the emerald, which is usually common in antique and vintage pieces, with only the smallest nick to one corner of the gemstone. 
 
Either side of the emerald there are two high quality old mined cut diamonds. Totalling an estimated 0.20ct the antique diamonds are set in square settings that highlight the geometric cut of the centre stone. Finished with a trident of white gold to the shoulders that perfectly frames the gemstones and only adds to the deco design. 
 
The white gold has slightly tarnished over time and could use a re-plating to bring it back up to its silver colour, but we leave this complimentary service at your discretion as some people prefer not to remove antique patina.
