The centre of the ring holds an oval cut synthetic sapphire of approximately 2.30ct; whose crisp facets flash from cornflower to royal blue as the stone is turned in the light: your own tranquil lake on a summer’s day. Surrounding the sapphire is a scalloped halo of natural, rose cut, diamonds, set into silver. The hand faceted stones show small nicks and chips under a loupe, testament to the history of the piece, but shine beautifully when they catch the sunlight. The result is a truly breath-taking piece that is sure to turn heads.
