• One of the most perfect Edwardian boat rings we have had the pleasure of offering you. This timeless piece is set with three, good sized, antique cushion cut stones. The centre stone an elongated yellowish-green peridot, flanked by two square old mined cut diamonds either side. Free from anything but light wear, the peridot is the perfect oily Lilypad green, whilst the diamonds are bright and fiery, the perfect trilogy.

The characterful gemstones are set into a classic boat ring style setting in 18ct yellow gold with platinum tipped claws. The setting has been made bespoke and perfect hugs the outline of the gemstones with fine claw settings the securely hold them in place. Two of the claws on the centre stone have some wear but the stone is secure and in our opinion re-tipping them wouldn’t add anything to this near perfect piece. To the inside of the shank there is a patch of silvery coloured metal, which appears to be platinum showing through a yellow gold plating, this is cannot be seen when the ring is worn and we can always re-plate the entire piece if you desire.

The ring is complete with scrolled goldwork that works its way down your finger in delicate paisley swirls. A true joy of a ring and one that we will be sad to go.
