A darling emerald and diamond ring c.1910-1930. The centre of the ring is set with a deep bottle green emerald of approximately 0.65ct, held in a Tiffany style eight claw setting. The antique emerald has beautiful colour saturation that glows a lighter green as it is turned in the light and is offered in good overall condition, with only a few small nicks to the girdle visible with magnification.
Either side of the emerald are chunky old mined cut diamonds, set in shield like shoulders that taper beautifully down the shank of the ring. The hand faceted diamonds are a beautiful cobblestone of high crowns and open culets that sparkle just as wonderfully as the day they were first cut. The ring is finished with a classic shank that allows the gemstones and unique design of the ring to really take centre stage.
Currently a smaller size I, this ring is eligible to be sized up or down. The largest we would be comfortable sizing this piece would be a size L ½ (US 5 7/8).
