A fine emerald and diamond navette ring in 18ct yellow gold, fully hallmarked for London 1900. The ring centres around three high quality natural emeralds, with that perfect glow we only see in the finest examples of this desirable gemstone. We do believe that one emerald may be a replacement as whilst two stones are emerald cut, one is a round stone; although you really wouldn’t notice unless you were closely inspecting the ring. Overall, the emeralds are in good condition for their age with no eye visible damage; however, emeralds are typically brittle stones prone to wear so it is no surprise to us that under magnification we can see that the tables of the stones are abraded and there is one small chip to the corner of the smaller emerald cut stone. 
 
Surrounding the emeralds is the finest chunky old cushion cut diamond halo. These diamonds only get better the closer you look at them, with their square profile, high crowns and chunky irregular facets. The antique stones are beautifully white and fiery in equal measure with only very minimal wear to note under magnification. 
 
The ring is finished with a trident of gold to the shoulders and a beautifully hand pierced gallery that sits low to the finger. An exceptional piece that we are very excited to offer at this price point.
