An attractive antique guard chain in a beautiful fancy link. This c.1850-1900 chain measures an impressive 55.5” in length and is comprised of alternating links of belcher chain and gold cased bars. Offered in good overall condition there is only some tarnishing to the metal to note, this is most prominent on the antique dog clip but nothing that should concern the buyer. We love to use these chains to layer with others, easily wrapped twice or three time around your neck or worn at its full length with charms attached to the dog clip.
