A delightful antique flat cut garnet brooch in the shape of a flower. Modelled in rich antique gold the brooch is in beautiful condition with rich garnets glowing as it is turned in the light. To the reverse there is a pin so the piece can be worn as a brooch or styled as a necklace. There is some discolouration and one lead patch beneath the pin to the reverse, but these characterful flaws do nothing to detract from the beauty of this very special piece.
