A truly exceptional French sapphire and diamond ring in 17g of platinum. This charming piece has no cost spared, revolving around a large natural sapphire cabochon estimated at 10ct, accented by over 1ct of antique diamonds. 
 
The sapphire is a beautiful medium-hue blue with natural inclusions swirling and twirling through its high domed surface. Some of these inclusions are surface reaching, which can be seen under magnification, but aside from this and some light surface wear the sapphire is in excellent condition. 
 
Framing the captivating centre stone are glittering old cut diamonds in an effective geometric design, with two larger stones either side of the sapphire. The diamonds are lovely quality, bright and sparkly, with only a few small nicks and nibbles visible with magnification. 
 
The piece is a smaller size I ½, making for one epic pinky ring. It can be sized but not significantly so please contact us before purchasing if you would wish to size larger than a size M (US 6).
