A beautiful vintage bombé ring from c.1950 France. Crafted from 8.8g of buttery yellow gold, the band has a deep D shaped profile that sits high and domed off the finger, studded with precious gemstones. The centre stone is a collection quality diamond of approximately 0.06ct, surrounded by natural sapphires, rubies and emeralds. The gemstones and metal are in good overall condition despite the expected surface wear expected with the age of the piece, and some pitting to the metal to the reverse. A striking ring that is perfect to dress up or down.
