A beautiful Victorian era heart pendant in 9ct gold gilt. The puffy heart has a lovely rose gold patina to it and is set with a turquoise simulant bead to the centre. There is some discolouration to the join of the heart and a small chip to the turquoise but neither is of any great consequence and the pendant is in overall good antique condition.
