  • A beautiful late 1800s gypsy ring in yellow gold. This timeless piece has a beautiful heft to the antique precious metal, weighing a luxurious 6.5g. There is some discolouration to the metal around the diamond due to the setting of the stone, but this isn’t obvious when worn. The chunky gold shank tapering from over 8mm at the head to 2.5mm at the reverse has been set with a large antique diamond.

The old mined cut diamond is a desirable cushion cut shape, sat length ways in the band you get a beautiful rectangle of chunky hand faceted diamond on your hand. The diamond is estimated at 1ct in weight and is bright and white with very few internal inclusions present, giving it a high SI1 clarity grade. There is a chip to one corner of the diamond, which is visible with careful inspection or with a loupe, but this does nothing to detract from the beauty of the stone and allows us to offer this ring at an incredibly competitive price.

A holy grail of a ring that is sure to become your everyday go to.
