Moldavite is a natural glass thought to have originated from an asteroid impact with earth 15 million years ago. Usually mined in Europe it is a fascinating gem that is known for its yellowish-green colouring and swirling internal inclusions.
This moldavite is a beautiful example with a unique hexagonal cut framed by a bespoke rose gold bezel and trident shaped shoulders. There is a light amount of wear to the stone and mount but overall offered in excellent condition.
