A truly beautiful art deco target ring in 18ct white gold. The head of the ring is a large square shape with a boarder of natural blue sapphires encircling a panel of old mined cut diamonds. The blue sapphires have been expertly cut and positioned to create a continuous gemstone boarder around the ring, their slight variation in tone only cementing that they are natural stones and adding character to this already exceptional piece. Often with calibre cut gems there are chips or flaws in them, however this is not the case here, with only light surface wear and a few tiny nicks to the sapphires visible with magnification. 
 
The sapphires surround nine good sized antique cut diamonds. The centre diamond set slightly raised above the others in a bespoke bezel setting that highlights its oval silhouette to perfection. The diamonds are in good condition with bright fiery facets and minimal internal inclusions. The diamonds are lower in colour with a yellowish draw to them and an estimated K -M colour, this hasn’t shown up accurately in photos so please do look at the videos on Instagram to satisfy yourself of their colour, which is beautiful but warmer than pictured. 
 
This sizable ring is finished with fleur-de-lis detailing to the shoulders and a classic white gold shank. A truly exceptional piece of art deco craftsmanship.
