A large rectangular plaque in solid 9ct gold inlaid with royal blue sapphires and sparkling rose cut diamonds. This ring is perfectly imperfect, with no two sapphires being the same size, and yet working perfectly together. The antique, natural sapphires are the perfect blue with natural inclusions and colour zoning revealing their history. The surface of the sapphires have softened with nicks and nibbles to their table facets visible under magnification but to the naked eye they are perfection. A striking antique piece.
