The perfect ring if you have been on the hunt for a blingy three stone ring that won’t break the bank. This timeless three stone ring dates to the early 1900s and is modelled in 18ct gold and platinum. 
 
The centre stone is a pale lilac amethyst in a pretty oval mixed cut that makes us think of spring. Held securely by double platinum claws the natural amethyst is accented by two good sized diamonds, estimated at 1ct total weight. The old mined cut stones are similarly set in double claw settings that melt perfectly into their hand cut facets. The diamonds are of a lower clarity grade but remain eye clean with nothing dulling their sparkle in the slightest. There is some surface wear and softening to the table facets of the amethyst but the gemstones are overall in excellent condition. 
 
The ring is finished with a classic yellow gold band, which shows evidence of being worn next to another band for a prolonged period, with wear to the reverse of the band. However, this does nothing to detract from the durability or wearability of the ring.
 
Overall, this is a fabulous ring for any level jewellery collector and we know it will be much loved.
