A truly unique opal statement ring. Modelled in heavy 14ct yellow gold, the modern looking piece appears to be a conversion from an antique piece. We believe the central opal and diamond navette component to be antique c.1890, but this has been re-imagined into a much larger ring with the addition of a polished oval plaque of gold that surrounds it. There is some areas of discolouration where the older part of the ring has been connected to the new mount, but this is not noticeable. A truly unique and striking ring.
