A charming antique horseshoe pendant converted from a stick pin. The lucky pendant has been beautifully hand made with intricate goldwork and adorned with chunky old mined cut diamonds. There is a deep patina to the metal and a few small nibbles to the diamonds visible under magnification but overall this antique piece is offered in excellent condition.
