  • A captivating diamond and ruby horseshoe ring. The head of the ring is antique and mid 1800s, however it has been lovingly converted into a ring with the addition of a more modern 14ct gold shank, which is stamped 585 to the outside of the band.

The head of the ring is a lucky horseshoe and would likely have begun life as a stick pin or brooch. The centre of the horseshoe holds a fiery old cut diamond weighing approximately 0.18ct. The diamond is a delightful oval shape held secure by a bespoke bezel and surrounded by a horseshoe halo of further old cut diamonds and rubies. The gemstones are in good overall condition with only one smaller diamond being slightly chipped. A beautiful good luck token to wear everyday.

We offer a ring re-sizing service by our antique specialist for a small fee, starting at £40.

Most of our rings can be resized, but if they can’t we will stipulate this in the description.

As a rule we will only alter a ring by three UK sizes. If you would like to size a ring more than three UK sizes (either up or down) please contact us on a case by case basis and we will try and accommodate you as best as possible.

We do not offer refunds on altered pieces, so please make sure you love your new piece before you purchase.

      Sizing takes approximately 1-2 weeks.
