An early 1900s ruby and diamond cluster ring in 18ct white gold and platinum. The centre stone is a deep raspberry red synthetic ruby, which were common place in the early 1900s. The vibrant stone has been well loved and there is some surface wear and softening to its crown facets, which can be seen with careful observation but does not affect the beauty of the piece. The ruby is framed by a halo of antique diamonds that perfectly accentuates the stone and offers a timeless design feature.
