A beautiful and striking onyx plaque ring from the late Victorian era. This pretty piece has a deep, moody, plaque of onyx set into 9ct rose gold, with a central old-mined cut diamond. The diamond is clean but has some marks behind the closed back setting from wear. The piece looks to be an old conversion, possibly from an old brooch or stick pin and there is some wear to the underside of either end of the ring, where it looks to have been cut away, showing the onyx through the gold, this doesn’t show from the front or affect the durability of this pretty ring, but needs to be mentioned. A sweet antique ring, perfect for everyday wear.

As a rule we will only alter a ring by three UK sizes. If you would like to size a ring more than three UK sizes (either up or down) please contact us on a case by case basis and we will try and accommodate you as best as possible.

If you have any product altered or resized it can still be returned, however you will then be refunded the cost of the ring, minus alteration & postage costs.
