A truly exceptional Edwardian era old mined cut cluster ring. This delicious piece is set with a central pinkish-gold half pearl surrounded by a chunky halo of diamonds. The diamonds total an approximate 1.34tcw and are breath-taking quality looking much higher than their grading with tonnes of fire and sparkle. We believe the two side stones to be later additions or replacements as they are transitional cut opposed to old mined cut, but are still antique. The diamonds are overall in excellent antique condition, however there are two tiny chips visible under magnification. The cluster is mounted onto a classic 18ct yellow gold band and is hallmarked with the gold purity to the inside. A beautiful piece that would make a gorgeous engagement ring or right-hand ring.
