A beautiful late 1800s- early 1900s necklace in weighty 9ct yellow gold. The antique necklace has a floral feel to it, focusing around the natural pink tourmaline and peridot. The tourmaline is a desirable elongated cushion cut in a beautiful dusky pink colour, flecked with natural inclusions. Suspended from a drop of creamy half pearls we then find a peridot at the base of the necklace. The large pear-shaped stone is set in a fine multi claw setting that hugs the outline of the 1.75ct gemstone perfectly. The necklace has been beautifully crafted throughout and is offered in excellent antique condition with only superficial wear to note.
