A fine pink toned ruby and diamond cluster ring, dating to c.1900. The incredible ring centres around the cushion cut ruby, which is flecked with natural inclusions when viewed with a loupe, which we believe reveals it is Burmese in origin. The bezel set ruby is framed by a scalloped halo of sparkling old mined cut diamonds and set in a traditional, low profile, setting. Overall the antique ring is offered in excellent condition, but there are some surface abrasions and scratches to the ruby visible with magnification. A small but mighty heirloom piece.
