A romantic ruby and diamond ring c.1900. This sweet piece consists of two hearts faced back to back like two lovers embracing one another. Each puffy heart is studded with rose cut diamonds surrounding a central ruby. The rose cut diamonds perfectly melt into the white gold of the setting and really lets those deep raspberry red rubies stand out. The stones are in good overall condition despite abrasions to the table of both rubies and some age related knicks to some diamonds, visible with magnification. A truly beautiful, one of a kind, piece.
