A beautiful white gold trilogy ring. The centre stone a cornflower blue sapphire cabochon, treated to revel a six rayed star that dances across its polished surface in the light. The sapphire has natural straight colour zoning across its table, which can clearly be seen when worn but adds character to it as a piece. Held in a closed back setting, the sapphire is held secure by six claws, one which could use re-tipping.
The sapphire is flanked by two sparkling diamonds totalling an estimated 0.30ct in weight. The stones are well matched to the naked eye, but with close observation it appears one is a replacement brilliant cut opposed to the original old mined cut. A beautiful and unique ring.
