  • One of the most unique rings we have ever come across. This stylised tiara ring is hard to date but we believe is early 1900s. Set with an array of natural gemstones this is a high quality piece that was likely a bespoke commission. The largest gemstone is the ruby cabochon that sits at the top of the ring. The natural ruby is estimated at 0.70ct and has the perfect vibrant pinkish-red tone, speckled with natural internal inclusions that lead us to believe it is Burmese in origin (although further gemmological tests would be needed to verify).

Surrounding the ruby is a throne of old mined cut diamonds in round collet settings, set atop of a band of baguette cut emeralds, before the final gemstone, which is a bright yellowy- brown rose cut diamond. The mixture of stone cuts and colours makes a feast for your eyes and this piece a true investment.

Strangely the gemstones are set into sterling silver instead of a higher value metal such as white gold or platinum, however this only makes this impressive piece more affordable and gives a wonderful steel tone to the ring. Due to the slightly softer metal the shank is slightly mishappen, but this can easily be altered if required.

Most of our rings can be resized, but if they can’t we will stipulate this in the description.

As a rule we will only alter a ring by three UK sizes. If you would like to size a ring more than three UK sizes (either up or down) please contact us on a case by case basis and we will try and accommodate you as best as possible.

We do not offer refunds on altered pieces, so please make sure you love your new piece before you purchase.

      Sizing takes approximately 1-2 weeks.
