A truly unique antique ring c.1890 – 1910. The head of the ring forms an elongated hourglass silhouette in silver, set with diamonds to each corner and a further old cut diamond to the centre, flanked by two turquoise cabochons. The sparkling diamonds seemingly melt into the silver whilst the turquoise cabochons are set in contrasting 18ct yellow gold bezels, a beautiful design feature. There is some tarnishing to the metal on the reverse side of the ring, and one small nick to a corner diamond visible with magnification, but otherwise the ring is offered in excellent overall condition.
