A charming sapphire and diamond navette ring in high carat gold, which we believe has been rhodium plated to give a silver tone to the shank which has a small patch of discolouration that reveals a rose toned gold beneath.
The head of the ring is a sizable 27mm in length, set with seven graduating oval sapphires to the centre surrounded by a halo of old mined cut diamonds totalling over three quarters of a carat in weight. The gemstones are well matched, bright and playful despite some small nibbles to their antique facets being visible with a loupe.
